Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs (PostNL, USPS, Fedex, DHL Official). Depending on your location and the nature of the item, the following time options are available:

Shipping UK: 5-11 days
Shipping Canada: 7-12 days
Shipping Europe: 6-12 days
Shipping Rest World: 12-15 days
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
The personalization/customization of items may take a few more days (up to 10) to fulfil.
Shipping Rates
The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (shipping step). Depending on the destination, the charges may vary 0 – €150 – £150 – $15.Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order status at any time using the tracking link provided in your email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
